1. Scope These

Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings and stays at the accommodation “The Rustic Residence”, operated by: Iconica Ltd Royal Road, Casse Ghoon 30522 Pointe aux Canonniers Mauritius Email: booking@ttherusticresidence.mu The accommodation contract is concluded between the guest and Iconica Ltd.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking becomes binding once it has been confirmed in writing or electronically, or once an agreed payment has been received. Iconica Ltd reserves the right to refuse bookings without stating reasons.

3. Services

Iconica Ltd provides the booked accommodation for the agreed period. Facilities, services, and additional features are based on the published description at the time of booking.

4. Prices and Payment

All listed prices are shown in the indicated currency and include applicable taxes and statutory charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

In addition, the tourist tax imposed by the Republic of Mauritius is charged separately. This tax currently amounts to EUR 3 per person aged 12 years and above per night (as of 2025). The tourist tax is not included in the accommodation price and will be displayed separately during booking or charged on arrival.

Payments must be made according to the payment terms specified during the booking process (e.g., deposit or full prepayment). Iconica Ltd reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of non-payment.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times follow the information provided in the booking system or booking confirmation. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability.

6. Cancellation

The cancellation conditions agreed upon during booking apply. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.

7. Use of Accommodation

Guests agree to treat the accommodation with care and follow the house rules. Any damage or excessive cleaning requirements must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for damage caused by themselves or their companions.

8. Liability

Iconica Ltd is only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. No liability is accepted for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.

9. Safety and Conduct

Illegal activities, disturbances, or dangerous behavior may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

10. Data Protection

Personal data is processed solely for contractual purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Further details are available in the privacy policy.

11. Force Majeure

Iconica Ltd is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, natural events, or government actions.

12. Final Provisions

The laws of the Republic of Mauritius apply. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
