We use the booking software Smoobu (Smoobu GmbH, Pappelallee 78/79, 10437 Berlin, Germany) to manage reservations. When a booking is made, personal data such as name, contact details, stay period, booking information, and optional notes are processed. This data is required to complete your reservation and support you during your stay. Smoobu processes this data exclusively on our behalf as a technical service provider under a data processing agreement. Smoobu does not use the data for its own purposes.
